At Drug Test Warehouse we partner with a wide range of leading courier and delivery companies to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 ex GST.
When you place your order before 2pm on weekdays we will dispatch your order the same day, provided all items are in stock. To confirm if an item is in stock, please contact us prior to ordering.
Once your order has been dispatched unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address. Please double check you have inputted the correct address on checkout before placing your order.
If we have not dispatched your order yet, we will happily change your delivery address if you have made a mistake. However, please keep in mind that with our same day dispatch on many products, orders are generally processed and shipped within 60 minutes of ordering – so if you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately.
We are happy to send your order to a business address or your workplace, please ensure the complete and correct details are in the delivery address.
Please clearly state a contact name, department, address and a phone number when ordering. Incomplete delivery details put your order at risk of being returned to the depot by the courier.
Orders sent via Australia Post or StarTrack will generally be taken a local post office if you have requested signature on delivery or you have a high order value. Orders sent by couriers will not be taken to a post office and may need to be collected from a local collection point instead. Please choose the delivery service which suits you best on checkout. If you have any questions, please reach out to our friendly customer service team.
We are able to provide international shipping on most items in our range. These orders cannot be placed online. Please contact our friendly customer service team who will be happy to assist.
Please note any import duties will be payable on entry to your country and we will not mark down goods value on shipping documents to save you import duty.
As we ship orders from several Drug Test Warehouses across Australia, we are unable to offer a click and collect service at this time. We do offer great pricing on our products and delivery so sit back, relax and let us deliver direct to your door!
If you have received part of your order or a short shipment, please allow up to 48 hours for the remaining items to be delivered.
This can occur if a box has been separated in transit. If it is outside the 48 hours please contact us immediately.
Please contact us immediately if you believe your order is outside the delivery time and we will investigate this for you.
We are able to deliver to Parcel Lockers and Post Office (PO) Boxes provided you choose Australia Post or Express Post as your shipping method on checkout!
Unfortunately our delivery partners are unable to call prior to delivering your order.
Depending on the order value and delivery method, a signature on delivery may be required.
Once your order is dispatched from one of our Drug Test Warehouses, we will provide tracking information to you. You can also see your order status via the “My Account” section of our website.

Delivery costs are calculated on checkout based on your order size and delivery location. We also offer free standard delivery on all orders over $300 ex GST!
