I needed my Drager Alcotest 4000 to be recalibrated. So you would think obviously, the best thing to do would be to call Drager direct. I tried that several times. No one answered the phone, on the first couple of attempts. When I finally did get connected, I spoke with someone who had no idea what I was requesting, but they promised a call back from the correct department. That never happened. The customer service from them was totally clueless. Actually boarding on rude.They also had no idea whatsoever about sending my personal tester, to be recalibrated by Post. I decided that I would never bother to waste my time, ever calling them again.
So I went online to search for other alternatives. I then discovered the Drug Test Warehouse but I live in Sydney and they are in Hobart, Tasmania. So initially I thought that could be a bit dodgy, like could my expensive unit be lost in the mail.
I was totally mistaken. When I called Tasmania I spoke with a professional who told me exactly what to do.
And so my unit was recalibrated and sent back to me within the week. Amazing 🤩
I could not of been happier with the Customer Service. It was a Five Star Experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I certainly recommend that anyone that needs this service, to go to the Drug Test Warehouse, and don’t waste your time and energy to deal with the incompetence of Drager Head Office, Sydney.
