It may be suitable for individuals involved in workplace testing programs, safety or HR roles, or those seeking to enter the drug testing sector.

What You’ll Learn

Participants will gain hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in:

  • Correct procedures for urine and oral fluid collection
  • Understanding and applying AS/NZS 4308:2008 (urine) and AS/NZS 4760:2019 (oral fluid) standards
  • Conducting testing using an AS 3547:2019 certified breathalyser
  • Managing chain of custody documentation
  • Maintaining specimen integrity and preventing contamination
  • Interpreting test results and managing non-negative findings
  • Understanding workplace drug testing policy and legal responsibilities
